Suder Greens West Edmonton Real Estate The Suder Greens Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has shot higher in the last month.  Suder Greens' average selling price per square foot tends to stay pretty close to the Edmonton average and this last month has been an  exception.  When I look at the sales in Suder Greens last month, I see a bungalow sold for well over $600,000.  That one sale is what has skewed the Suder Greens sold price per square foot so drastically higher.  ... Strathcona Edmonton Real Estate The Strathcona Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot continues to be strong. Athlone / Dunvegan Real Estate The Athlone / Dunvegan real estate average sale price per square foot has fallen in April of 2012, but that is due to the type of home sold this month.  67% of the sales in April in Athlone were basementless homes, these homes sell for much less per square foot.  The average sale price in Athlone does continue to be volatile due to this basementless component in the averages.  As I've mentioned in previous posts, Athlone is also effected by the newer (1990's) ...
