Macewan Edmonton Real Estate

The Macewan Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to stay under the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  Macewan did recover from a softer 3rd quarter of 2011 where we saw an average selling price per square foot that was almost as low as the early 2009 financial crisis average. The highest sale price this last quarter in Macewan was $437,800.  The highest sale price for the year of 2011 in Macewan was $530,000. The average time to sell a home in Macewan was a quick 40 days this last quarter.
