The Blackmud Creek (also known as Southbrook) Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot swung higher in the last quarter of 2011.  Southbrook is starting to get back into the range of the highs that were seen in early 2010.  The highest sale price in Southbrook this last quarter was $625,000, and the average time to sell a home in Southbrook was 51 days.  This is just under the Edmonton average days on market of 54 days.  The highest sale price this past year in Southbrook was just under one million dollars, $987,500.
