Ottewell Edmonton Real Estate

The Ottewell Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been strong the first 2 months of 2011.  The January and February average selling price per square foot in Ottewell has been higher than the last quarter of 2010.  This trend in 2011 in Ottewell is the opposite of the rest of Edmonton where the sold price per square foot is still falling from 2010's numbers.
