The Hamptons Edmonton Real Estate

The Hamptons Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has improved in the 2nd quarter of 2011.  The Edmonton average sold price per square foot was consistently climbing since the last quarter of 2010.  The Hamptons selling price per square foot had a bit of a hiccup in the first quarter of 2011, but has recovered nicely this quarter.  This is to be expected, as the Hamptons is a popular new west end area.  The highest sale price this quarter (as of June 22) has been $580,000 in the Hamptons.  The average time to sell in the Hamptons has been 67 days this quarter.
